Vivienne P. Sams

Vivienne P. Sams, 72, of Peoria passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013. She was born January 9, 1941, in Luton England, the daughter of Thomas C. and Edith C Moore Smith. She married Tim Sams on October 5, 1995 in Peoria and he survives. Also surviving are three sons, Wayne (Tabitha) Brainard of Creve Coeur, Pete (Julie) Brainard of Aurora, IL, Jason (Holly) Brainard of Altoona, IA. Also surviving are one grandson, two granddaughters, one sister Pam in England and one step-daughter Tira (Jerry) Whitt of San Antonio, TX. Her parents and one sister Judith Moe preceded her in death. Cremation Rites have been accorded. A wake celebrating her life will be held Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 12-4 pm at the Eagle's Club, 1704 E. Lane, Peoria. Notes of condolences for the family may be sent using www.peoriafuneral.com
