Walter E. Hartsock, 69, of rural Danvers passed away peacefully at 9:45am Friday, December 25, 2015 at his residence. He was born on December 15, 1946 in Peoria the son Virgil and Pearl Peacher Hartsock. Surviving are his children Tammy (Dusty) Hall of Danvers, Heather (Shawn) Sargent of Creve Coeur and Tanya (Dan) Johnson of Hopedale. Further surviving are several grandchildren, one great grandson, and one great granddaughter as well as two sisters and seven brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Theresa Ann, one sister Millie and one brother Virgil Jr. In his retirement years he enjoyed fishing, building things, tinkering with things and spending time with his great grandson and granddaughters.
