Warren Leatherman

Warren Leatherman, 75, of Peoria passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9th 2015 at Morton Villa Care Center in Morton, IL. He was born on December 30, 1939 in Watertown, SD the son of William and Hansen Leatherman. He married Esther A. Bieber on November 30, 1961. Surviving are his wife of Peoria, two sons Mike (Mary) Leatherman of Ankorage, AK; Robert Leatherman of Peoria and one daughter Donna (Mike) Peters of Metamora. Also surviving are two grandchildren Keven Peters of Metamora and Sean (Cassie) Leatherman of Peoria; two brothers Kenny (Dolly) Leatherman of Lead, SD and Wayne (Jean) Leatherman of Minneapolis, MN. His parents two brothers Larry and Dale, one sister Shirley preceded him in death. He worked for Caterpillar Tractor Co for 20 years before his retirement in 1985. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Affordable Funeral & Cremation Services of Central Illinois, Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
