William C. Frasco, 90 of Peoria passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Accolade Health Care in Peoria, IL.

He was born on May 2, 1935, in Peoria, the son of William and Ethel Gorman Frasco.  He married Gloria Dempster on September 1, 1968.

Surviving are his wife, four step children, Steven (Mona) Robinson of Washington, David (Susan) Robinson of England, Suzann (Scott) Bunton of Punto Gorda, FL, Scott (Tammy) Robinson of Peoria.  Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are one brother Jack (Kathy) Frasco of Marco Island FL and one sister Carole Gilfillan of Dunlap. He was preceded in death by one step son Michael Robinson, one grandson Eric Bunton, one brother and one sister.

He began his career as a police officer in Peoria Heights, following that, he joined Pipco Companies in Peoria, eventually, he made the move to Hawaii, where he devoted 15 years to the Environmental Protection Agency.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington.  Visitation will be one hour prior to his service.
