William Davis Johnstone, 59, of East Peoria passed away peacefully at 4:20am Sunday October 28, 2012 at the home of his brother Kevin. He was born on June 19, 1953 in Decatur the son of William E. and Phyllis A. Huffer Johnstone. He is survived by two sisters Laura (Tony) Ledbetter of Low Point, and Tamera (Scott) Rasmussen of Creve Coeur, one brother Kevin Scott (Linda) Johnstone of East Peoria. Further surviving are three nieces and two nephews. His parents preceded him in death. He worked for IDOT for 25 years before retirement. Cremation rites have been accorded and a private family service will be held.
