William M. Munstedt

William M. Munstedt, 66, of Edwards passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in the emergency room of Unity Point Health-Methodist in Peoria. He was born on June 30, 1949 in Peoria the son of the late George and Leila Williams Munstedt. He married Sherry L. Davis on March 2, 1969 in Peoria. Surviving is his wife, one son William E. (Lisa) Munstedt of Washington, IL one daughter Michelle A. Munstedt of Neenah, WI and one grandson Michael L. Bourgeois. Further surviving is one sister Ann (Dr. Larry) Carlton of Henry and one brother John Munstedt of California. Preceding him in death were one brother George and one sister Victoria Buck. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran proudly serving his country from 1969 until being honorably discharged in April of 1973. He retired from IBEW Local 34, Peoria in 2009 after working 30 years. Cremation rites have been accorded with no services scheduled. Memorials in his name may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
