PEORIA – Rosemary Heintzman of Peoria passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at the age of 90 at Washington Christian Village in Washington, IL.
She was born March 13, 1929 in Peoria the daughter of Ben & Ida Haecker Weyeneth. She was married to Jack Heintzman on June 27, 1953. He passed away on October 12, 2010. Three brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, John, Jeff, Mark (Karen) and Lynn as well as four grandchildren, Benjamin, Maggie, Callie & Luke, and one great-grandchild, Geneva. Her children and family were the light of her life.
Rosemary was a woman of great faith and her life was full serving others and enjoying the company of dear friends from Grace Presbyterian Church and St. Sharbel Village, where she lived for the past nine years. Her sunny disposition and kind and helpful manner brought such light and joy wherever she was, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
