Stephanie Blackard Obituary

On Thursday, December 23rd 2021, Stephanie Michelle Blackard, loving mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 40.

Stephanie was born on December 28th 1980 in Peoria IL to Mike and Melanie Cole. She is survived by both parents, one daughter, Andrea Blackard, one grandson Leo Chea, all of Peoria; as well as one sister Destiny Suarez of Denver CO.

Stephanie was passionate about traveling and exploring as many beaches as possible. She took many chances and risks throughout her life, in order to live life to its fullest. She was well known for her contagious laughter, fierce loyalty and her kind and compassionate spirit!

A celebration of life will be held for Stephanie on Saturday January the 8th of 2022, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Warehouse on State, 736 SW Washington St. in Peoria
