Simple Cremation
$1,700.00
A Simple Cremation includes Direct Cremation offerings with specified requirements that must be met to receive the discount. Failure to comply with all outlined requirements listed below will result in the loss of the discount offered by Affordable Funeral & Cremations.
Services Included:
- Death certificate information gathered by telephone interview, or our online family planning center.
- No obituary preparation by funeral home staff
- No viewing at the funeral home (final viewing at the place of passing)
- Transfer of remains from place of death
- Refrigeration
- Plastic Utility Urn
- Cremation & cremation container
- Coordination of third party provisions
- Notification of Social Security and Vital Records
- Filing of death certificates with State and County Jurisdictions
